Tayo - I just read "Feast of Souls" by C. S. Friedman and I cant recommend it highly enough. Fantastic. One of the most original new fantasies I have read since "Sabriel" by Garth Nix.

Simon - I have just finished reading the Terry Goodkind series 'Sword of Truth' and thought that I should tell you all that it was MEGA. Also if anyone has read this series then can you advise who to read next. I'm a bit stuck for ideas.

I enjoyed the podcast, though I've found Watership Down really difficult to get into. Leo (TWiT) had my hopes up when he said it was available on Audible on the E3 episode of TWiT, but then I went there and found out he was mistaken. :( I look forward to your discussion of it next time, maybe it'll provide the motivation I need to get further into the book (I'm stuck at about chapter 10, I just can't get into it).

I am really getting into this podcast, maybe because it feels like you guys are just sitting around the living room chewing the fat about the book.

I didn't read Watership Down, mostly because it wasn't on Audible and I find it hard to find time to sit and read, but I am going to make it a point to do the next book with you guys.

As a request, sometime this year, I would love to see you guys do a cast on the Watchmen graphic Novel, if that fits into the format of your show..

Thanks Tom and Veronica!

I felt the same way terpkristin, I had trouble getting into the book, looked on Audible, was disappointed to not find it there, but then I did some research and found that the audio recording had been released previously, on record and then on audio cassette, do a search on ebay and also amazon.

I found a copy of the record version, lets say, in an old chest, and it is very good. It was read by Roy Dotrice and it has original music. I am now around chapter 30, and I have gone back and read a couple of the chapters that really interested me.

I'd suggest sticking to it, the story does get more exciting, it reminds me of a WWII story at times.
